Jesus tells us nothing can snatch us out of His hand ... how do we apply this to the people that lost their lives on this terrible day? As people of the Resurrection, people of the Flock of God which is so different from any other group in the world, we do not grieve as those who have no hope. We trust and hear the voice of our Shepherd, who says that even Death cannot snatch us away from God. Because of this, we can look in the face of real evil in our world and laugh at its display of power -- because it has no power over us.
